How to win: There are 3 ways to win the game naturally, 1. Destroy Opponents Supreme Commander and Main Base 2. Destroy Opponents God/Legend and Supreme Commander 3. Destroy Opponents Supreme Commander and Lieutenant Commander
-Timeout win/Both players Deck-out: If no one has won after an 1 1/2 hour or when both players Deck out, whoever has the most Energy Sources wins the game.

Diagram of a Turn:
Draw Phase: You Draw 2 Cards (or 1 if you are playing Base Control) and any effects that activate at the beginning of your turn activate now. You skip this Phase during the First Turn of the game (except during Base Control)
Base Phase: Your Bases gain Defense Counters in this Phase. The number of Counters that a Base gains is on the card. Any cards that gain or reduce Counters per turn do so during this Phase. Bases and Planets effects activate during this Phase. The player who takes the first turn may activate a Planet.
Recruit Phase: During this Phase you may do any or all of the following effects: Recruit a Character. (Limit Once per turn per Base you control) Activate a Character's Ability Activate a Upgrade Card (Except a Deployment or Attack card) Play an Arena Place an Energy Source in your Stockpile facedown Place a Energy Source into a Base to power up a Base. (Limit once per turn) Combine a Combiner Team into the appropriate Combiner Prep a Mission Move Characters Create a Squad Play a Base (Limit once per turn) These effects my be done in any order during this phase.
Battle Phase: During this Phase you may begin a Battle with Opposing Characters with range of your Character (or Squad). The striking range for Characters is 1 square away of themselves. (The squares directly in front, behind, on the left and right of the Character) The battle itself has 3 Steps:
Begin Step: Declare your attack on an Opposing Character or within range.
Battle Step: Activate all effects that affect the Battle at this point. If the Attacking Character is in an Arena, treat it as if that is the Arena you are Battling in and activate that Arena's effect now. Either player may play a Deployment and Attack card during this Phase. You may only play 1 Deployment and Attack card a Battle. After all effects are completed, Determine the numbers of the Characters on either side. You can also play a Warp card, but you have to move backwards.
Damage/End Step: The Side with the highest Stats wins. The Losing character is either Reverted to ALT (Damaged) Mode or if already damaged is Destroyed. If a Squad is defeated, the leader of the Squad is reverted to ALT (Damaged) Mode and the other Characters split from the Squad back 1x1 (the square behind the Damaged leader.)
You may repeat these steps until all of your Characters have Battled or until you have decided that you no longer wish to Battle. You skip this Phase during the First turn of the game.
Defense Phase: You may do the following effects during this Phase:
Recruit a Character. (Limit once per turn per base you control) Activate a Character's Ability Play a Upgrade Card (Except a Deployment or Attack Card) Prep a Mission Move Characters Play a Base (Limit Once per turn)
You may play any/all of these effects in any order. At the end of your turn, you must Reduce your Hand to 8 Cards. After that you may End your turn.

Deck Building Rules
Deck Minimum: 45 Cards Deck Maximum: 145 Cards All Decks must have a Supreme Commander/Emperor of Destruction and a Main Base (Or a Base and a Commander for Base Control)
You may have one card of the following types in a Deck of: Supreme Commander/Emperor of Destruction Main Base God
You may have 2 cards (No duplicates) of the following types of Cards: Legend Lieutenant/Sub Commander Commander Emissary of Primus or Harold/Servant of Unicron
You may have 1 Duplicate of the following types of Cards: Officers Warp Cards Scout Deployment cards (You may only 5 different Deployment cards) Weapons Attack cards (You may only 5 different Deployment cards)
You may have 3 duplicates of the following types of Cards: Warrior Clone Mission
You may have a various number of the same type of Card but no Duplicates: Planets (You may have a Max of 6 Planets) Fortresses/Starships (You may have up to 5 Starships and 2 Fortresses) Arenas (You may have up to 10 Arenas) Energy Sources (You can have any number of Energy Sources)
Any card types that are not listed above are limited to 3 of that type of card in a Deck.
